Attention 8(a) and ASMPP JVs – Reporting is due 45 days after the close of the 4th quarter ending December 31, 2019. You are required to submit quarterly reports to SBA for any contracts awarded under the JV by February 14, 2020.

NOTE: Don’t forget that quarterly financials must include the salaries for the JV principals (Project Managers).
